2. Content Pre-Screening and Moderation Policy

All user-uploaded content is subject to mandatory pre-screening before publication. This ensures that content complies with our community standards and applicable laws.

2.1 Pre-Screening Process

  • All content submitted by users enters a "Pending Review" status upon upload
  • Our content moderation team reviews each submission before it becomes publicly visible
  • Content that meets our standards will be approved and published
  • Content that violates our policies will be rejected with notification to the uploader

2.2 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will not be approved:

  • Illegal content of any kind
  • Content depicting minors in any adult or suggestive context
  • Non-consensual content or content that appears non-consensual
  • Content involving human trafficking, exploitation, or abuse
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

2.3 Review Timeline

We strive to review all submitted content within 24-48 hours. During peak periods, review times may be extended. You will be notified once your content has been reviewed.

3. Content Creator Agreement

If you upload or generate content on our platform, including real-time/live streaming, you agree to the following terms as a content provider:

3.1 Prohibited Activities

As a content creator, you must NOT:

  • Upload or create any content that is illegal or violates our community standards
  • Upload content depicting any person without their explicit written consent
  • Upload content featuring any person under the age of 18
  • Misrepresent the identity, age, or consent status of any person depicted

3.2 Consent Requirements

You must obtain and maintain written consent from all persons depicted in your content. This consent must specifically cover:

  • Consent to be depicted in the content
  • Consent to allow public distribution of the content
  • Consent to upload the content to SI46/11X platform
  • If content is downloadable, consent for the content to be downloaded by other users

3.3 Age and Identity Verification

You are required to verify the identity and age of all persons depicted in your content to ensure that all persons are adults (18 years of age or older). You must be able to provide supporting documentation upon request.

3.4 Record Keeping

You must maintain records of all consent documents and age verification for all persons depicted in your content. These records must be available for inspection upon request.

5. Complaints and Content Removal

We maintain a comprehensive complaints and content removal policy. Any person may report content that may be illegal or violates our standards. Please see our Content Removal Policy for full details.

5.1 Reporting

Content can be reported through our platform's reporting feature or via the CCBill Complaint Form.

5.2 Resolution Timeline

All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days.

6. Appeals and Takedown Rights

Any person depicted in content on our platform has the right to request removal of that content.

6.1 Takedown Requests

If you are depicted in content and wish to have it removed, you may submit a takedown request. Content will be removed if the investigation determines that consent was not given or is void under applicable law.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

If there is a disagreement regarding an appeal or takedown request, the matter may be resolved by a neutral third-party body. We do not claim final interpretation rights that would prevent appeals or third-party resolution.

7. Subscription, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

If you purchase a subscription or recurring membership:

7.1 Recurring Billing

Subscriptions may involve recurring charges. You will be notified of any recurring billing terms before purchase.

7.2 Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription:

Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation is processed.

7.3 Refunds and Order Cancellation
